Locational Clearance / Zoning Permit

ABOUT THE SERVICE


 

            Locational Clearance is a pre-requisite in the issuance of Building Permit to ensure its conformity with the City’s Comprehensive Land Use Plan and Zoning Ordinance.
REQUIREMENTS


1.       Filled-up Application For Building Locational Clearance duly notarized
2.       Photocopy of Land Title;
3.       Photocopy of Tax Declaration
4.       Photocopy of Deed of Conditional or Absolute Sale (in case title is not yet transferred);
5.       Contract of Lease or  Authorization from the lot owner, both duly notarized (in case the applicant is a lessee)
6.       Approved Subdivision Plan (in case only mother title is available)
7.       Photocopy of Bill of Materials and Cost Estimates
8.       Building Plan (Perspective and Floor Plan) duly signed and sealed by Civil Engineer



HOW TO AVAIL OF THE SERVICE

FOLLOW THESE STEPS
PLEASE APPROACH
1.Secure and fill-up Application Form

Any of the following:

Zoning Officer II

Engr. Olive R. Baird
Zoning Officer I

Ms. Liezel S.A. Gara
Administrative Aide IV

Ms. Jeanette V. Juaton
Administrative Aide III
2.Submit the accomplished Application Form with the necessary requirements
3. Wait while CPDC/Zoning Officers evaluate application form to verify conformity with the City’s Comprehensive Land Use Plan and Zoning Ordinance
Note:
(Proposed Building that needs inspection will be scheduled within 1 day upon receipt of application. Inspection Days: Tuesday & Thursday)
4. Get Order of Payment and pay appropriate fees at the Cash Receipts Division, Office of the City Treasurer
5. Present the Official Receipt and claim the Building Locational Clearance
