Power Source:

Aside from electricity sourced from the Mindanao Grid at Maria Cristina Falls in Lanao.  Western Mindanao Power Corporation, an independent power producer (IPP) has a  100 MW land based power plant in Sangali, Zamboanga City that also contributes to the grid and provides backup power to the city.
